Mario Hood is the Associate Pastor at Church on The Living Edge in Orlando, Florida. Where he has served on staff since 2010. He earned a Doctorate in Leadership and Global Perspectives in which he lays a framework for Paracletic Leadership to engage the next generation. 

 

Aside from Pastoring, Mario is also an adjunct professor for Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL, teaching courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels. He also serves the Leadership DMin program at Portland Seminary, acting as Project Faculty. Outside of pastoring and academics he is also a licensed Youth and Family Life Coach since 2012. In all things, Mario enjoys coming alongside individuals and organizations to enhance the workplace and effectiveness of teams belonging to both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. 

 

Mario is married to the love of his life, Misty Hood, and has two kids, his son Dalen and daughter Cola Hood.
